Fifteen restaurant was created by Jamie to inspire disadvataged young people. They have had 37 young people graduate and many of them are now working full time in some of the world’s best restaurants.
The restaurant was made famous 5 years ago through the Channel Four show, ‘Jamie’s Kitchen’ and it was a privilege to work for them on this project.
